This 2,500 sq. ft. workout studio features state-of-the-art equipment, as well as our meditation facility, where our skilled instructors teach you how to relax and keep yourself calm with innovative courses and techniques. A pristine location, highlighted by expansive floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, adds to the serenity of this one-of-a-kind studio.

Class Descriptions
- Max Sculpt: A muscular toning class using dumbbells, weighted bars, and isometrics to strengthen the muscles of the entire body.
- Step It Up: A challenging step class that introduces fresh, new step patterns and choreography. Advanced steppers only.
- Beach Cardio: Unique fat burning class, wonderful shaping and toning for the body. Enjoy fresh air and ocean breezes.
- Total Body Conditioning: This muscle conditioning class focuses on defining muscles and building overall body strength using weights, bands, bars, resist-a-balls, and body resistance.
- Step Interval: An intermediate step class that incorporates intervals of stepping with sculpting using hand weights and tubing. All fitness levels.
- Beach Yoga I: Classic Hatha yoga offering strengthening and rejuvenating asanas. Bring two towels to the Southern part of the beach. Class is designed for experienced yoga students, but beginners are always welcome.
- Beach Yoga II: A gentle version of Beach Yoga I, wonderful for beginners and those with limited movement. Bring two towels to the Southern part of the beach. Class is designed for experienced yoga students, but beginners are always welcome.
- Aquacize: Flexibility and cardio conditioning in the pool. Wear swimsuit and bring two towels to the pool.
- Dance 101: Join us for a fun-filled dance class designed around popular classic dance moves.
- Spin City: Ultimate cardio on stationary bikes indoors. Pump up the volume on your workout. Water bottle mandatory.
- Mind & More: Learn mindfulness techniques that will provide you with a simple way to relax and live more in the moment.
- Golf Fitness: Improve your swing with this invigorating group workout session.
- Ab-solutely: Highly concentrated abdominal workout followed by various stretching techniques to improve joint and muscle range of motion.
- Skinny Yoga: Boost your metabolism with age-old secrets from the Vedas. Suitable for all yoga levels.
- ‘Bound and Determined: Entirely devoted to defining, conditioning, and improving the muscular shape of your body using the rebounder (mini-tramp). Improves balance, stability, and alignment while bounding. A very unique alternative to traditional fitness classes, this class has minimal-impact and high intensity.
- ‘Lates: An alternative to your morning latte, enjoy a Pilates mat class with props.
- Island Stretch: Beach stretch and tone class designed to improve flexibility while enjoying a fabulous view.
- Gentle Yoga: Gentle stretching and asanas and restorative poses. Suitable for beginners or those with limited range of motion.
- Spin 101: Introduction to the basics of spin designed for the beginning spin class student. A great place to start if you are new to spin. Water bottle mandatory.
- Boot Camp: Drills designed to improve your cardio endurance while challenging your determination. High intensity interval training using weights, props, and cardio conditioning.
- Pump It Up: Traditional weight lifting designed for a group exercise environment. Tone your muscles while increasing your metabolism as you work to build your strength.
- Ballet Basics: Classic ballet positions are taught in a relaxed and fun-filled class to shape and tone while enjoying the beauty of ballet.
- Ballroom Dance: Learn ballroom dance steps, techniques, and styling in a casual and entertaining group atmosphere. Singles and couples welcome.
- Lunch Break: Combines the benefits of aerobics, Pilates, and strength training for total body conditioning.
- Special Yoga: Designed for those who are not able to get up and down from the floor. Perfect or those with limited motion due to disabilities, arthritis, or injuries. This is a gentle class.
- Step 101: This class will introduce the basic steps and patterns. Great for beginners.
